Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This is extremely versatile useful when it decides to work. The subscription is only about $20 a month, which is not bad at all. Adobe InDesign is the industry leader for desktop publishing. It's loaded with features and continues to improve with each update they release. After using InDesign for 10+ years, I find it to be so intuitive. Continuous text boxes are so easy, the smart guide system is awesome, super easy to track down broken linked graphics. If you want to make sure the content and the appearance of what you write looks appealing and interesting you should go for it. Easy to use and plenty of tools for the best experience. InDesign makes it very simple to handle multi page designs like user manuals, brochures, magazines etc. that have multiple sections with separate layouts and themes. Definitely a better tool than using Photoshop. Cons Usually crashed or would recall a project and immediately say the project is unreachable. There is a steep learning curve to using the software if you've never used it before. Embarrassingly, it took me years to figure out that the reason my PDFs always saved with pixelated graphics was because of a compression setting in the Export window - it doesn't make a lot of sense to me that the default option would be majorly compressed. But that was kind of a personal problem/operator error! It could be cheaper, and the option of direct publication should e there. Other than this, it is quite amazing. You're in for a frustrating experience of you're coming from Photoshop. InDesign is great but takes time to get used to.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This product is easy to use. The support team is so helpful and kind. They worked with us on issues, showing us how to solve them, and set us up for success in the future. They are fast in their response and are clear in replies. Possible to connect with your website. Clients can access fast and with ease our products with our leaflets online. Easy platform to work with. Support is amazing and fast answering and fixing your issues. In addition to the innovative product, which paves the bridge between online and offline, iPaper convinces with its excellent service not only before the purchase, but especially afterwards, when it comes to implementation. Catalogue enrichment. Ease of use. Scheduling. Cloud management. Fast and up to date support. Customizable. Clarity in the information shared, simple to understand, practical, easy to use, very professional tool. I was able to understand the purpose and a few topics on how to make our weekly Newsletter more engaging for store staff with new features with Enrichments. Great input on how to use font sizes, analyze statistics and integrate links or media in the library to communicate messages even better. Cons There is really nothing I don't like. I have been very happy using this product and interacting with their customer service. There isn't anything i didn't like in this platform. We cannot name any cons, because we have only had positive experiences with the product and the service. Should have predefined icons for easy start. Should add AI recognition for recommending what to do sometimes. Until now, nothing. Of course we would love more support and the call just went fast, time is always short to enjoy this tool!
