Pros from Real Users Pros Admin By Request allowed us to finally solve the problem of local admin access on our campus without the need to expand our team to support the influx of requests. I appreciate the customer service and the product. The application is very easy to use and has done the job well. Avoids unnecessary support tickets for standard UAC elevation. Automate normal tasks, and allow full admin sessions when necessary. No more heartburn over the unknown number of domain machines with local admin rights. Easy to audit Small learning curve for users Works reliably across Windows and macOS The ability to pre-approve a Vendor is very helpful It gives us a view into who is elevating and when. The sub-settings allow us to set a different set of rules based on the user role. Users being able to request administrative elevation remotely when a game patch or new content pack needs installed has helped us immensely with weekend matches when on-site staff support is unavailable. Whitelisting anti cheat software and other crucial game services that are required to run has been a huge help. The inventory management aspects of ABR have been great, and I'm just starting to scratch the surface with their Remote Access tools. Great product, great support. Easy install (via Intune). Just works; have never had an issue with it. It is the perfect solution to stop allowing your users to be a Local Admin all day, every day. They only get Admin when the NEED it. It's good balance of security and being able to do your job. - Easy to set up - Easy to configure - Integrates with teams - Helps automate the process - Has a mobile app as well which is very handy		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Even though it's fast when it does work, since it's self hosted and runs through your own relay server. - Self Hosting - Speed - Security - This means nothing, but the form told me I needed at least 100 characters in the text box. Cons Their support staff are not helpful, blunt, not trained at all to work with the public and quite rude. The system is full of bugs which are not being addressed, even though the internet is full of the discussions of these. - Additional charge PER endpoint - regardless if you need unattended access or not - Support is terrible/non existent. - Server installation was a pain. Remote Connection have no 'on-premises' options just like AnyDesk.
