	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Easy to Use - Built in texting and email is awesome - Claim Control Center is very unique and helps easy tracking of claims - Their support is very good - I don't have to wait for others to leave before I lock my chart - We use the online scheduler and patients like it Cons I haven't really seen any cons. Some friends feel that they could use more colors, but I never had a problem with it.
