Overall, it's the top software for minimizing manual processes. Provides a consolidated platform for managing activities across several environments, apps, etc. Because of automation, manual involvement is considerably decreased, resulting in fewer manual mistakes. Schedules jobs and maintains workflow. Streamlining the process. Eliminates repetitious workflow, which streamlines the process. Highly secure. Regular scanning of endpoint security components Scheduling and controlling workflow. The manual hours have been decreased from 20 to 5 hours. The program is adaptable for integration with a variety of different applications and services. The reduction in coding is substantial in numerous cases. Once a specific job is created, it can be easily duplicated with minimal adjustments. The scheduler provides extensive and flexible options. ActiveBatch's capability to automate routine and repetitive tasks is effective. It handles this process quite well. Much of our work involves downloading files from SFTP servers and transferring them to our local file servers.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ability to quickly build forms and pseudo apps that perform well and integrate into a Microsoft 365 Domain. With Power Automate and a "bot" account bridging the integration gaps as a caveat. Delivery on the promise of automation. Vastly reduces the amount of time, tasks and training required for an end user to perform a cornucopia of business processes. Once a given process has been assembled. With few and slight exceptions, a very well polished and smooth experience for the end users of forms created with this product. Forms function on any device and can be managed from any device. Cons The user experience for the creators of forms and workflows of this product. There is a lot of jank. Ranging from UI problems when setting up variables in the workflow and bots section. To unexpected behavior on certain characters between elements and integrations. Nearly non-existent documentation for any specific part of any item in this package. Much trial and error and tribal knowledge needs to be acquired to use this product to its potential. Poor performance in a certain few areas. Especially large forms when regarding the variables when setting up bots. Forms with 100+ variables begin to take significant amounts of time (1m+) for every single update to a given mapping table. This is exacerbated by slower PCs. 0 version control and 0 ability to move elements from one flow into another in the same workspace.
