	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Acumatica Cloud ERP offers excellent flexibility and is easy to access from anywhere because it is cloud-based. It helps businesses manage inventory, orders, accounting, and customer information in one place. For a company like ExpressCanopy.com, which provides custom pop-up tents, logo tents, trade show displays, and event branding solutions across the USA, having everything organized in one system can improve daily operations and reduce manual work. The platform is scalable, making it suitable for growing businesses, and its reporting features provide useful insights for better decision-making. Overall, it is a reliable ERP solution that supports productivity, efficiency, and long-term business growth. Saves a tremendous amount of time. Customizable. Easy to use. Great support. Custom logic gives you even more control and allows you to automate certain task based on data. CADLink is very customizable and communicates between CAD and Acumatica well. The color code feature for errors and mismatches is very helpful. Simplicity, intuitive, and well-organized. The sales and implementation team is very thorough. The team was very engaged and flexible. The reporting and visibility to data is nice. Also the different AI features that Acumatica are incorporating with generating reports or gathering specific data is also a plus. Cons Acumatica Cloud ERP can require a learning period for new users, especially those unfamiliar with ERP systems. Initial setup and customization may take time, depending on business needs. Smaller businesses with simple operations might find some advanced features unnecessary, and implementation costs can be higher than basic business management software. Waiting as long as we did to get this done. Should have did this a year ago. Loading of large models from CAD into CADLink and ultimately Acumatica takes significant time. None currently, and one of the great things about the software is that new features are constantly being added. The communication is great, and the team has welcomed feedback from our staff. There are no API connection that can be done in-house without the need to buy a license from an ISV. I would prefer plug-in options to set up the native connectors without the need of external entities.
