Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros User friendly software. I've been using this software since 2003. Simple to install and easy to update. Cons The tax years 2019 and 2020 are the worst experience with the ATX Tax software. The software is crashing all the time or unable to open at all.		Pros from Real Users Pros What a wonderful, inexpensive service. I have used this product for at least 5 years. It carries over my previous year information and all I’ve got to do is put in current year activity. All this for a inexpensive cost We have only 20-30 1099s to produce, so using eFileMyForms makes a lot of sense. The import feature is great. They handle the rest. It's a pain free as possible. We've had to revise a few submissions and it's also easy to work through that process. The software is easy to use, completed forms are easy to download. Pulling specific client data is easy. eFileMyForms has been my go-to for many years for my 1099 reporting. And I tell everyone about it that needs an easy 1099 processing app. It's more than 1099s but that is my use. It is very affordably priced to have the app handle the mailing and filing. Importing the data and mapping the fields is a breeze. As a freelance accountant I use this app for several entities each year. I like the ease of using the platform for all my w2 and 1099 forms every year to issue tax documents for my business. eFileMyForms software: No printing and reprinting forms like you do if processing in house. The ease of printing ER forms is awesome and not having to handle the mail part is great too. The per item cost is competitive with other software but I found the menus and instructions to move through the software is much more user friendly. As a newly elected officer in my church I find this product to be excellent when it comes to tax time. The easy steps make it possible to perform my job with no hitches. Ease of use and consistency of process. I do not have time to constantly 're-learn' how to use a product, especially one so crucial to required business functions. Thank you for keeping this simple! Stores my historical data and recipients! Easy to print reports of my filings. It tracks multiple companies and recipients. The system is very easy to use. The prompts and feedback of the system eliminate most input errors, resulting in significantly less time required to complete the filings.
