	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not much. There are fields for vitals. Cons Info doesn’t carry over from one visit to next. Icd codes are without decimal which is contrary to nearly all other environments. There’s no spell check. You have to go to numerous screens to complete one short encounter. Very laborsome and inefficient.
