About
APM Health, part of GE Digital's asset performance management suite, manages data across a variety of assets and systems, creating a comprehensive and validated data repository and unified view related to expected performance at the asset, plant, and enterprise levels. By solving the challenge of data disparity and latency associated with the management of industrial assets, APM Health provides a real-time view of asset health and condition status, delivers early warning of potential failures, and highlights elevated risk areas. The health manager leverages data collected to determine and report the current health of the asset in its operating context. It provides anomaly detection by calculating metrics and driving rule-based exceptions. Health manager supports both continuous surveillance of asset health via data monitoring as well as discrete or periodic surveillance via rounds and calibration management.

About
Manufacturing is at a crossroads: there is overwhelming pressure to ‘transform’ operations and move into Industry 4.0. It may feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders as you try digitizing operations, optimizing processes, and increasing share, possibly with fewer resources than before. Braincube helps you take control of your data and transform your operations. We start by connecting your data, from any system, in any format. Your centralized data is continuously updated and available 24/7. Our middleware ingests and cleans your raw data in real-time so you have actionable insights on how to reduce cost and risk, optimize, and improve quality. It automates data manipulation and calculations, which eliminates the long and costly time needed to select, extract, transfer and prepare your data. Your raw data is constantly put in its context and is ready to be analyzed. Now you have structured, contextualized data, a Digital Twin, that you can use any time, on any line.
