Configuring the machines requires multiple steps across different pages, and it’s easy to accidentally misconfigure some settings. A more straightforward, step-by-step setup guide would really help new users get onboarded more smoothly and lessen the learning curve. One area that could use some work is managing customer expectations. While AMFG does a fantastic job of optimizing our internal processes, there are times when customers have certain assumptions about what's feasible, which can lead to misunderstandings. Providing more guidance on the customer-facing order features would really help improve communication and transparency. That said, the system can be a bit finicky when it comes to misconfigurations, which makes long-term maintenance a bit tricky. Also, the documentation could use some improvement, especially for those advanced workflow setups; clearer instructions would definitely make onboarding and troubleshooting a lot smoother.
