UberCloud built an amazing HPC tool for our highly complex simulations that collapsed our run time by 100 fold and that has been a boon to our acoustic team 4. UberCloud consistently improves user experiences by adding features to their software (e.g., resource monitoring tool, text alerts for active clusters to name a few) that has increased our productivity 5. They have a dedicated software expert, who can understand your issue pretty well and can offer solutions in no time. The weekly Q&A sessions setup by UberCloud with their software experts helps address our questions quickly in addition to learning new techniques.
