	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros FutureMD Solutions provides clearer visibility into our revenue cycle. The reporting helps us better understand claims, collections, and outstanding work, making it easier to identify where things may be getting held up. The FutureMD Solutions team made it much easier to organize our EHR and billing processes. Their support helped us add a new provider without causing major disruption to our regular clinic operations. FutureMD Solutions has made our medical billing process much easier to manage. Their team is responsive, professional, and knowledgeable about US medical billing workflows. They help with claim submission, follow-ups, and billing-related issues, which saves our practice valuable time and reduces administrative workload. Cons We would appreciate even more detailed reporting and insights to help us identify delays and improve our revenue cycle processes further. Overall, having additional visibility into outstanding work would be helpful. The initial setup required some coordination and learning, but the team was helpful throughout the implementation process. There was a short adjustment period while getting familiar with the workflow and communication process. A few billing issues occasionally required additional follow-up, but the team was responsive and worked to resolve them promptly. Overall, these were minor compared with the time and support we gained.
