The inclusion of multi-factor authentication adds a strong security layer to self-service workflows. Customizable workflows and intuitive user portals make adoption simple for end users. Built-in reporting helps track usage, self-service events, and user activity for compliance and audit purposes. ADSelfService Plus enables users to reset passwords and unlock accounts without IT help. It reduces helpdesk workload and enhances user productivity. Supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) and self-update of user profiles. Improves security and compliance with detailed audit trails and alerts.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The Links feature to files, documents, websites and other programmes is brilliant and unmatched with any other all-in-one clients I've seen. The notes management is simply excellent, well thought out and handy. Tasks are great and drag-drop to calendar. - better than many! Additional features like the post-it notes and password features and duplicates removal are all great bonuses. Cons The email interface is very dull and cluttered and having to resize all the dimensions of the UI after a while is irritating. Printing options are very poor and badly executed. Syncing between android and windows apps is pretty tedious and requires several attempts (although at least it does have this feature unlike many). When it works it is good though. No real PKM strong features nor ADHD friendly features.
