Lots of integrations - Google, Microsoft 365, etc. Support is good. Love the dashboard. User setup templates.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Okta is a very safe platform that helps protect our company's information, but also those clients that use our platform. There are lots of times that duel login is required, but once again, this shows the protection that Okta provides. Super easy to use, gives you options to sign in, warns you when anyone signs in, can install it on your phone. Okta is easy to use (both the web portal and the android app), implements with the platforms that our organisation uses. I like that it has multiple options for 2-factor authentication (such as through the app or an SMS text message). I also like how once you log into the platform, the platforms utilising SSO are all displayed on the first page that loads - straight to business! It is a privilege to have Okta because I can manage multiple logins of users who have the information. The technical support is fantastic; it helps to configure and customize with no hassle. I can hire new employees with ease. We managed to coordinate secure login management, which is easy to use; it works perfectly with my PC, syncs with many software, and contains helpful tools. Great User Interface Straightforward setup & usage Dashboard to view & manage access to all applications Single Sign On & Multi Factor Authentication Password Storage Cons Okta requires a new login every time you haven't been in a platform for a long time. This does slightly get annoying as I have to request permissions from our IT team every time I log in. This is hard when I am trying to log into an account over the weekend. Nothing, the app is great and works well, why change it? I'm only a basic user of the platform who was not involved in the set-up of the system, so do not have any further knowledge of the system (beyond as a user) to comment on any cons. No cons so far as a user! I don't have the opportunity to interpret the logs of anything done with Okta. I have to intuit what is going on in the interface. Requires more detailed user reporting feature. Expensive.
