Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The pricing model for Realm allowed the small church I was working with to get high quality church management software. Cons The only thing that Realm is missing is a native merchant processor, as you’re required to use a third party to process donations.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Liked the bulletin covers and some other graphics, online giving was great, but more expensive than alternatives Speaking to a real person is impossible; no phone number to call. Correspondence is via email only Good software. We have enjoyed the scheduling, church management, and various other programs. They are not very user friendly and take FOREVER to set up, but there again, very little thought went into customer service. Cons This company does not notify when it's time to renew. We tried to cancel after it automatically renewed (2 weeks late) and they refused to cancel. Sadly we are stuck with a year's subscription (Cost $1000+) ; we offered to pay for a month but they will not consider it. I am sad to say that the service of this company makes it one of the worst I have ever dealt with. When we signed up we purchased the Complete Suite with streaming features. Those streaming features add $150 more a month to the package below it. We ended up not using the streaming app and now would like to downgrade our membership. Most companies allow this online. Not this one. I opened a ticket with billing on 11/8, 11/21, 12/8 and I have called twice, once in between each ticket opening. Nobody has contacted me. No emails, no phone calls. Fast forward to today. I call to speak to somebody. When I get a rep on the phone he gives me the same "I'll open a ticket and someone will call you" nonsense the last two agents gave me. This time I asked to speak to a Supervisor. He put me on hold for about 5 minutes and then popped back on and said one wasn't available and he would have them call me. Again, frustrated, I kindly explained that I was aggravated and did not trust that I would be called back and asked for a direct phone number. I explained that I would need to talk to somebody today or I would be cancelling my subscription. He said, "Well, you can certainly do that" and then HE HUNG UP ON ME. There is nothing Christian about this company other than the people who they are mistreating. Run away as fast as you can!
