Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The pricing model for Realm allowed the small church I was working with to get high quality church management software. Cons The only thing that Realm is missing is a native merchant processor, as you’re required to use a third party to process donations.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Unbeatable price with great features Free trial, purchase only features that you need Easy to learn/use Fantastic support Everything a small/medium (and maybe large) church/charity needs to process donations, issue receipts, maintain mailing lists Both Canadian & US features Updated frequently with new features Ease of use and the robust user interface are just a few of the reasons Donarius is "top shelf" software for our Church. Another key fact is the software is LOCAL to the PC which is what we want, and backups are easily handled. The reports we can generate are quite handy too, and are included in our financial meetings. Donarius has features that are useful for most organizations without demanding that you use them all. You can use just a subset very easily. The program is well written and the support beyond fantastic. I get a rapid response to my e-mails and can even get on the phone. User-friendly, easy to use, easy to manage tax receipt, easy to learn Great software! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cons Receipts, letters, etc are formatted with formatting codes which can be a little intimidating. Examples are provided and can be modified to suit. Support will also help but if you're only familiar with WYSIWUG it'll take some figuring None found as of yet. There are many levels of use to the software that we have not utilized yet due to the size of our Church, but we are growing! I really can't think of a single Con. That's the absolute truth. I could do a lot more with it but for our purposes it just isn't necessary.
