Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I had my own zip codes to where I would be able to serve documents in those areas plus be able to get extra jobs . Cons They lowered the base pay for process servers, and the support team is NEVER AVAILABLE when you need to chat with them about a job served. As a process server, you are not allowed to call them by phone, its all done through a chat on their mobile app but you can NEVER GET THROUGH. There are times that the pay for a serve is not paid and it you complain, they terminate your contract.
