Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The payment processing has been stable, with fewer disruptions affecting checkout. Having in house blockchain infrastructure makes it easier to resolve technical issues directly, and the shared support chat with both account and technical teams saves time. Crypto payments also help avoid traditional card chargebacks. Own infrastructure means fewer delays and no third party outages. Wide coin and network support, plus Binance Pay. Support chat with both account and technical people in the same thread, which saves a lot of back and forth. The biggest advantage for me is having several crypto payment options in one place. I can accept payments without having to manage everything manually, and the transaction information is easy enough to follow when I need to check something. I like the basic payment process is straightforward. Creating payment request and checking whether a transaction has gone through doesn't take much effort, and the dashboard gives me the information I usually need without making things fell overly complicated. The main thing I like is that it doesn't take much effort to use once everything is setup. I can create payment requests when needed and check the transactions afterward. The information is also presented clearly, so I don't have to spend time figuring out where everything is. Cons The KYB verification process adds a few days to onboarding, so businesses should allow some extra time before going live. Onboarding takes a couple of days because of the KYB check, not same day but not painful either. Pricing isn't published publicly, so you have to talk to them to get your rate. It took a little while to get familiar with all the available options because there are quite a few features. I mostly use the basic payment functions, so I haven't explored everything yet. Some of the more advanced option took me a little time to understand. I thing explanations around certain features could be clearer for someone using them for the first time. It would be nice to have a few more explanations for some of the less frequently used features, but it's not something that has affected my regular use.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros About 3 days ago purchased 150 bucks worth of ETH, after that i tried buying 50 bucks worth of USDC which was taken out of my account and didn't receive the USDC and then they restricted my account seems like a scam, i have emailed them from the start and they have not gotten back to me same sham email all of this done through Phantom wallet. Cons Scam.
