What are Clipboard Managers for Dropbox?

Clipboard managers are software tools that enhance the functionality of the standard clipboard by allowing users to store, manage, and access multiple clipboard items at once. These tools enable users to copy multiple pieces of data (text, images, files, etc.) and store them for later use, making it easier to manage and retrieve past clipboard items. Features often include organizing clipboard history, creating custom shortcuts, and searching through previous clipboard entries. Clipboard managers are particularly useful for individuals who frequently copy and paste content and need to keep track of various snippets of information over time. By improving productivity and reducing the need for repetitive copying, these tools save time and streamline workflows. Unclutter

    Unclutter

    Unclutter

You can adjust the widths of panels by dragging the splitter between them. To change the window height, drag the red label at the bottom. You can rearrange the panels by dragging them. If you take a panel outside the window, it will stick on top of other windows until you close it. By default, you open Unclutter's window by simply moving your mouse to the very top of screen and scrolling down. We believe it's the best way to do it, but you can alter that if you like. You can make Unclutter relaunch automatically when your system reboots. You can selectively hide panels to make more room for the other ones you use often. You can set up Unclutter to store your files and notes in a shared folder like Dropbox. In this way your content will automatically get synced across all your Macs where Unclutter is set up in the same manner.

    Plain Clipboard Manager
Plain Clipboard Manager (PCM) monitors the Windows clipboard and saves any copied text to plain text files in utf-8 (unicode) format. The captured clip will include the source application and document title. For text copied from web pages a link to the source web page is included. Any copied images and screenshots are saved as PNG files (using lossless compression). The Clip storage folder is configurable: you can also save your clipboard items to a cloud drive like Dropbox or OneDrive for synchronization purposes. PCM can be either installed or run portable. When run from usb stick all configuration and clip notes are saved on the same stick. It's a native Windows application: fast, small (a 0.5 MB sized all-in-one native Windows executable file; compare that to others!) and portable. Another feature of Plain Clipboard Manager is the option to configure short keywords (so called key templates) that will be dynamically expanded to the full text when entered anywhere.
