FRANS is a touchless face-recognition system that replaces traditional punch cards and fingerprint scanners.
It offers two setups. Field and remote teams use a mobile app that pairs facial scans with GPS geo-fencing, ensuring employees check in exactly where they are supposed to. For main offices, a hardware setup, using a server, local cameras, and smart TVs automatically logs people the moment they walk through the door.
Getting started is quick: employees complete a one-time scan to create an encrypted digital template. The built-in AI is flexible enough to recognize people even with new glasses, a beard, heavy makeup, or poor lighting. It also includes anti-spoofing tech to stop anyone from using a photo or video to trick the camera.
Managers get a live dashboard tracking real-time attendance, shift rosters, and late arrivals. You can pull clean Excel or PDF reports instantly, or use open APIs to push the attendance data right into your existing payroll software.
