Added multicast support for UDP in Windows. (Already present for Linux).
Changed build system to CMake on Windows and Linux.
Cosmetic changes.
Current QSO frequency does not show up properly in LIGHT mode.
Bug fixes:
"Don't QSL" list ignored when saving a net.
Adding an application should select the new tab in qso_apps.
apps.json doesn't load correctly if no script defined for app.
Remove use of "using namespace std;" per modern coding guidelines.
