Installation: 
Windows users will have to install first a 32-bit Python interpreter and then the PyGTK library. 

Python interpreter:
The Python interpreter must be compatible to the PyGTK installation.
Install directly this: 
http://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.7.2/python-2.7.2.msi
Or choose from:
http://www.python.org/download/

PyGTK:
Install directly this: 
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/binaries/win32/pygtk/2.24/pygtk-all-in-one-2.24.2.win32-py2.7.msi
Or choose from:
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/binaries/win32/pygtk/2.24/

Linux users might have to install PyGTK. Check how to do so in your distribution.
