ZOOM INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO MANAGER README.txt ********************************* Version 2.9.3 fixes update price data not working. (Amended) Yahoo have a number of different stocks pages according to your web browser. It is essential that you click the "Change to Classic View" button at the top right of pages if they do not display correctly within the app and prices are not updating. If you are upgrading then please check the IMPORTANT information below. INSTALLATION ============ ZoomPortFolioInstall_2_9_3.exe will throw a Windows blue security window. This is a security feature of Windows for all "unsigned" downloaded software and does not indicate that there is anything sinister about my app! Click the "More info" link to show an [Install anyway] button. Alternatively download the zip version and install with Setup.exe contained within the setup files folder which may also show a security warning. The software and data are designed to be portable. It is entirely contained within the ZoomPortfolio folder. This can be copied and run on any Windows computer. No Registry entries are made by the software nor are any files saved in other folders. To uninstall the software, simply delete the ZoomPortfolio folder and any Desktop/Start Menu links. ********************************* * IMPORTANT UPGRADE INFORMATION * ********************************* Versions earlier than 2.5.0 are unsupported so data should be transferred manually to a clean install.
