This is the Geometry Program C.a.R. (Compass and Ruler) 
by R. Grothmann. You will need a Java Runtime. I recommend
downloading the most recent Java version.

Then start the program by double clicking on the jar file,
or with the command line

java -jar zirkel.jar

The source is contained in the zirkelsrc.zip file, including
all text files.

The file CAR.exe is a simple installation file for Windows,
creating zirkel.jar and zirkel.bat on the desktop.
