Zip Recovery ========================================== Zip Recovery is a cross platform, simple, fast & easy to use application. It can decompress/extract any zip 2.0 archive even if its broken. In case of broken archives its possible to recover some files But common archiving tools provide no support this... Zip Recovery can be useful for those situations. If you have a partially downloaded zip file then Zip Recovery is the perfect tool to decompress it. Note: Zip Recovery can't decompress an archive which contains incomplete LOC header (uses data descriptors). How to Run: ========================================= Windows: double click on "Zip Recovery.exe" or "zip_recovery.jar" Linux/Unix: switch to this directory using "cd" command execute "zip_recovery.sh" using the following command sh "zip_recovery.sh" Other OS: switch to the directory where "zip_recovery.jar" is placed then execute the command "java -jar zip_recovery.jar" Note: You must have JRE 1.6 (JAVA 6) or later to execute this program
