Great and MUST needed tool for managing static resources using the salesforce IDE. A few words of caution: 1. It doesn't seam to work with the latest version v31 so don't upgrade Eclipse. 2. After you edit a file or add a new one make sure to select all files and then save. If you don't all other files will be deleted. I wish someone would update this as it is a much needed tool!
