Notes:
Camera fixed for a few specific corner cases and Texture color modulation finally made consistent across OpenGL and Direct3D9 (and made easier to use).
Changes:
Camera now enforces that forward and up remain 100% perpendicular when using functions such as adjust_pitch and adjust_yaw. Templates with set_render_wrapper have now had the function unmarked const. Materials now set the Color even when lighting is disabled, and the Color is now muxed with the Texture color/alpha in both OpenGL and Direct3D9.
