If you are having trouble running the application on Windows Vista or 7, 
right-click Zcreenshot.exe and go to Properties in the drop-down menu, 
select the Compatibility tab, under "Run this program in compatibility mode for"
and select "Windows XP (SP3)" from the drop-down menu. Now go down and check 
"Run As Administrator" then hit OK or Apply, now try running Zcreenshot.exe again.
