Spam training (spamtrain) plugin for Zarafa WebApp

This is a plugin for the Zarafa WebApp enabling you to train you spam filter with SPAM and HAM.
A possible setup is that the spam filter is integrated in your mail processing, classifies and tags
incoming messages which then are routed via dagent, procmail or the like to the appropiate folder.
If this plugin is installed you can use an email's context menu to train false positives or false
negatives to the spam filter. False positives are automatically deleted (to the waste basket) during
this step.
