This is a java interfaced UI for the Tamil Prosody Analyzer
It is in Beta version and expected to have some bugs.

FEATURES:

  - Reads a Tamil Poem (unicode) text file and analyzes the poem type (யாப்பு வகை)
  - Can identify (hopefully) VenPaa, Asiriyappa, KaliPaa, VanjiPaa and VenPavinangaL.
  - Save input, output as unicode text
  - Save the input and output together as PDF
  - The app's UI is in Tamil language

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

To use this software you need Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.7 or above.
If Java is not installed in your computer, please install from the one of the below links:

 Windows

 Please download the latest YAppu-xxx.exe.
 Double click that file and proceed with the installation.
 From the installation directory, 
  Run the YAppu.bat from a command prompt ( or Double Click)
       Or if java.exe is already setup in the path
  you can directly double click YAppu.jar

 The application uses "Arial Unicode MS Regular" font (ARIALUNI.TTF). 
 If this is not found in your system, you will get an error.
 Please download the font from 
 https://sourceforge.net/projects/yappariseyali/files/
 and copy the font file to C:\Windows\Fonts directory and install it.
