For Windows users
I have split the binaries into 3 files
1. The qscript binary - you must download this for the latest version
2. MinGW g++ compiler and runtime - mingw-4.5-msys-1.0.tar.gz - file size is: 63,229,106
3. pdcurses library and flex and bison binaries for windows : qscript-dep-libs.tar.gz: filesize is 6,343,475
	a. pdcurses is necessary to compile programs with the compiler
	b. flex and bison may be necessary if you modify the sources
4. Instructions:
	a. extract mingw-4.5-msys-1.0.tar.gz  to your root directory: everything will extract to "MinGW-foo7"
	b. extract qscript-dep-libs.tar.gz to your root directory: everything will extract to "usr"
	c. set the PATH variable

		c:\>SET PATH=%PATH%;c:\MinGW-foo7\bin;c:\MinGW-foo7\msys\1.0\bin;c:\usr\lib;c:\usr\bin;c:\qscript-0.20\bin;
	d. extract the qscript compiler - for the latest version it is 0.20
		Suppose you put the compiler in
		c:\qscript-0.20

		update the PATH variable to include this directory

		c:\>SET PATH=%PATH%;c:\qscript-0.20

	e. If you install the files to another location modify qscript-0.20\config\qscript.config accordingly
