These are Noto fonts for ICU 58 (Unicode 9.0), the version that support XP. Noto fonts are hinted opentype Since XP dont support opentype collection (fontconfig+freetype can use it though) Noto CJK replaced with Hanazono Mincho which smaller overall. Since SVG outline / Color font is not supported in XP, EmojiOne from Mozilla is provided. This combination reach 99% coverage of Unicode 9.0 blocks, with some missing symbols.
