This project really needs a whole HECK of a lot more noise made about it - because with the advent of Web Workers, this is the ONLY way to parse XML in the Web Worker (which doesn't have access to the standard browser DOM objects!)! After that disappointing discovery, I found this project, followed the instructions, made a couple of tweaks to the DOM access code in my JS, and had it running like a dream. It is 99.9% compatible with the standard browser DOM API - my code runs correctly with either (I test in the foreground thread). Brillian product - MAKE SOME NOISE!
