Make sure you have HyperOS Global 3.0.4.0
If not, flash it first!!!!!

Install guide:
1. Reboot into fastboot and flash recovery:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
2. Reboot into recovery
3. Select "Apply update" -> "Apply from ADB"
4. Run sideload on PC:
adb sideload A.zip
(A = name of rom zip)
Notes: When prompted to reboot recovery to install additional packages, in most cases, select no
