Our work consist of two parallel developments.

XEO is our main ontology in which will be stored all the necessary terms to properly describe the environment of plant growth experiments.
The downloadable version available in the XEO folder uses the OBO format but a work copy using OWL can be found in the source SVN repository.

XemLoad is a software that creates .xeml files that describe an experiment and its environmental conditions.
Sources are available in the SVN repository but the install executable can be found in the XemLoad folder.
