x2go is a "server based computing environment". It can be sized from single PC-installations to enterprise networks with multiple servers and LDAP Trees. You may use SmardCards for Authentification. Sessions can be suspended and resumed.

    This tool allows us to distribute the new versions of our software in all Windows clients simply updating one time on our Ubuntu server. I think that the design and configuractions in the client could be improved. Creating connection profiles is not as fast as it could be. Amazing project!

    X2GO is a reliable tool for remote GUI logon to Linux servers . The support is very responsive. Features request are handled proactively. Both the Windows and the Linux client work reliably. Thanks a lot for the project.
