Windows Tail is a C# program which functions as the UNIX tail command. It allows you to open a file after which it will display all new content written to that file. Output can also be filtered using regular expressions.
fetchlog - fetch new logfile messages
The fetchlog utility displays the last new messages of a logfile (syslog). fetchlog is similar like tail but offers some extra functionality like pattern matching with regular expressions, output formatting for email, SMS, pager or SNMP tools, etc.
