Improvements

• History scrolling: reuse unchanged history content and keep the mounted row window during small scrolls, reducing repeated rendering and layout work.
• Terminal redraws: preserve unchanged cell spans and update existing text nodes when styles and column widths match, reducing work for Unicode output while preserving selection, links, and text decorations.
• Startup memory: allocate Ghostty screen pages as needed and measure auto-sized terminal hosts before creating the grid, avoiding unused pages and unnecessary initial resizes.
• WASM loading: stream compilation where supported and reuse compiled modules across terminals for both cores, while keeping each terminal's state and memory independent.
• Built-in WASM downloads: import the embedded binary only on first use. With code splitting, Ghostty and custom-URL applications skip its JavaScript chunk; applications using the built-in core must deploy all generated assets.

Bug Fixes

• Scrollback spacing: update spacer heights when the row height changes, even when the same history rows remain mounted.
