Old school simple, quick, and does a great job. I marked features "Excellent" and design "Good" even though Wpl2m3u is extremely minimal, because it is intended to do only one thing and it does that one well. I marked Support poor because I couldn't find any way to contact the developer other than here. Only one problem I've found: "choose directory" will only go several layers deep in selecting the folder from which I want to convert, so I have to type in the rest of my five-level path. For that reason, users may want to make a note of their full path before they start. Hopefully the developer will fix this small problem. If so, I'll try to increase my Support rating.
