Windows Pseudo-Command Line

This is a pseudo command-line (So called because it is not a true command-line, but instead uses the C++ function allowing access to the commands). It is designed for computers where the commandline is needed, but for some reason restricted or disabled. It uses a type of workaround in C++, as more often than not, the ability to run commands from C++ is not blocked, even if the normal cmd.exe is blocked.
