Due to some reports of problems with special characters in names, I've added a function to enable/disable UTF8. This may break your current installation, so please use this setting to get it work again.
$armory = new BattlenetArmory('EU','Defias Brotherhood');
$armory->UTF8(FALSE); // Set to TRUE if FALSE breaks the API
