Wormbase Converter Files

There are a number of different version, for different OS and depending on whether you wish to install the stand-alone program, or use a client-server configuration. These are available via the www link on the main page (http://wormbasemanager.sourceforge.net). 

To continue to be useful, WormBase Converter needs to be updated with every WormBase release. Because of occasional Wormbase annotation anomalies, update files on the server need to be manually edited. While this is explained in a specific addendum to the tutorial, for simplicity, we offer the possibility of running analyses on the CIML server, which should be up-to-date.
