Changes between release1 and release2:

	- Fixed some UTF encoding issues present in a few rule files
	- Added an English translation of the help
	- Improved the part in the German help concerning saving maps to images


Files:
	- wopSrc: Contains all sources (Eclipse project) and a runnable jar file
	- wopBin: Contains only the runnable jar and all files required to run the program


How to run the program:

	On windows you may start wop by double clicking the "wop.jar" file. On other platforms you may use the "java -jar wop.jar" command.
	Note that you need a JRE capable of at least Java 1.6.
