Winthemer 1.9a adds a new tweak that XP users will like- the ability to get larger desktop icons

Of course this feature is completely optional and can be disabled, though doing so will give an
identical experience to the older version

This is also the first version to advertise possible incompatibility with newer versions of Windows.
