WinSeek changes from 9.22 to 11.01: - replaced main call to 7-Zip with DotNetZip; lost the ability to extract .gzip files, but gained recursion into lower levels (zips and folders within zips and folders) - test for overlapping folders to be searched; if selected, notify and query user WinSeek changes from 7.1 to 9.22: - Results listbox was changed to ListView control, with columns for Name, Path, Date Last Modified, and (if a file) Size - Added checkbox column in results grid for valid item (folder or uncompressed file), vs. message (e.g., "Access denied") or file inside a zipped archive; only checked entries will be copied to clipboard, and the Prune command button removes unchecked items - Expanded the list of command arguments (see ArgsSyntax.txt file for details) - Enabled search of test in [text] file to include new line (^p) and Tab (^t) characters - Disabled certain options like copy-to-clipboard during the search process - Improved speed of search for metadata - Enabled search for Title in audio file - Added multiple tests: -- Folder name or file name & type -- Text string within a text file -- Title metadata of image or audio file -- Album metadata of audio file Up to 4 entries may be made, and for each of the tests WinSeek can return only items that contain all the entries, or any of them (Boolean And and Or)
