Very useful software, it helps me with file exchange between all sorts of Windows and Linux servers.

The WinSCP library is great! With a dozen lines of C# code (most of which are provided in examples), I was able to write a program to download files via SFTP beyond what I could do with a script.

Mon 10/07/2019 12:35 pm. Filezilla started compulsory upgrading, and that is really *foul*. The cunning WinSCP *imported* my filezilla settings, which hits it out the ballpark for ease of use for me....

It could have been a good selection, but there are simple and important improvements in the interface, that were proposed and has not been implemented for more than 5 years.

Perfect SFTP and SCP app. Unintrusive, small, lightweight, CPU-friendly, easy to use.

Very well thought-through piece of software.. The .NET integration is awesome, even includes a code template builder :)

You won't believe what WinSCP did to two of my Windows machines !!! It ERASED my data base of servers (profiles) in SSH Secure File Transfer, which it competes with !!! Stay away from it !!!

Just found it and already loved it, at a glance! It saves me from annoying, daily tasks of uploading software and help files to my site. I feel like I won't be able to live without it from now on.

WinSCP is my favorite SCP client with simple and nice GUI.

First time to try WinSCP. Have used Filezilla and other FTP clients in the past. Liked Filezilla however the latest versions started to not play well with Windows 10. WinSCP is working out extremely well. Fast and easy. I will be donating to their cause .

WinSCP is a lifesaver. It is everything I want in software like this: - Free and open source - Secure - Portable and lightweight - Intuitive GUI client - Integration with Windows - VERY easily integrated into scripts and .NET projects for automation (seriously, it's ridiculously easy to use the .NET assembly) - Excellent documentation This makes my job easier!
