A phenomenal example of tearing down boundaries and makes Linux more and more a viable platform.

Excellent program that runs a lot of Windows software. Easy to run (when your software works), and it runs more and more with each new release. Helpful community.

Wine has come a long way in 10 years. It will run most common commercial software and games. I even managed to get Crysis to load up to a intro screen.

It's a great tool to allow compatibility with closed source software.

Essential and very useful project indeed. A case in point: we needed to create a Render Farm with CINEMA 4D clients and Wine saved a lot of time and money compared to running the same software on Windows Servers. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

It has been a long time coming, well over 10 years, but it was worth the wait. With every new version, twice a month, more Windows software works well enough to use.

Cool. But better if it will use C++ to improve scalability.
