- The image upload size is currently restricted to 500 KB in the software. Please make sure that your images are indeed within this limit, to avoid any issues later ( like un-necessary deletions, re-indexing etc. )
- Also, please use the free LibreOffice Calc ( a spreadsheet program in the free LibreOffice software suite ) to edit / create csv file for bibliographic import. LibreOffice Calc handles all unicode data well.

- Additionally, we can use the collation field, for storing various other information, like for example : "Accession Number:1234 Shelf Number:18 Price:84 Volumes:4". This field gets displayed on the OPAC / Public interface and will serve for locating various useful information, fast. Also, it has a 100 character limit.
