Win32 Screen Ruler is a light weight win32 application in C, to measure horizontal distance or/and vertical distance between two pixel on screen.

1.  Change the orientation of the screen ruler from the menu that popsup on right click on the ruler.
2.  Press Up/Down arrow keys to increase/decrease the opacity.
