Windows port of upstream CodexBar 0.60.3 → 0.70.0: every provider, cost/usage, privacy, tray, CLI and reliability port from upstream 0.60.4 through 0.70.0 integrated across the release branch, plus six community pull requests and fixes for open issues. This is also the first release to ship the changes in the unreleased 0.61.0 changelog section.

• Already fixed on this release line, now pinned by regression tests: #591 OpenCode Go console URL; #592 distinct users in a shared Team workspace (via [#593]).
• Related, not confirmed fixed: #616 Codex cost history shows $0.00. Archived and flat legacy rollouts are now scanned, but the reporter's root cause is not confirmed.
