Fixed

  • Fixed token accounts not being used during provider refresh.
  • Cursor, Ollama, and other cookie-token providers now refresh through web cookies when an active token account exists instead of falling back to unsupported CLI mode.
  • Raw Ollama __Secure-session token values are normalized into a Cookie header for refresh requests.
